Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.
Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds will be issued unless required by applicable law. After cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the paid period.
Changes to Pricing and Features
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices and premium features at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the premium service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. We may add, modify, or remove AI models, features, and capabilities available under a subscription tier without prior notice or reduction in subscription fee.
Account Sharing Prohibited
Premium subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials or session tokens with other persons is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we believe are being used by multiple individuals.
